We had a great time on our recent holiday, staying at a hotel in Buffalo. We loved the complimentary breakfast every morning, which was a great start to our day. The hotel's central location meant we could easily explore the city and visit all the key attractions. The free Wi-Fi was really helpful, too, especially for checking emails and updating our social media.

We were a bit disappointed with the state of the room. The carpets were worn out and there was a bit of a musty smell that we couldn't quite shake. The bathroom amenities were also limited, which was inconvenient. While it wasn't the best hotel we've ever stayed in, it was still comfortable and reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's common areas were well-maintained and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel was conveniently located near local attractions. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety.

No negatives from this hotel.

The best thing about my Easter weekend stay was the free parking and the free breakfast. Additionally, it was located close to all the fun Easter events in the city. The room was clean and spacious which was also a plus.

Unfortunately, my Easter weekend stay was not ideal. The noise level made it hard to get a good night's rest. The sound of people showering and tubs running in the room upstairs was incredibly loud and disruptive. Additionally, the heating system made a screeching sound every half hour which added to the noise. it was a disappointing stay and I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a huge plus, especially for those with early or late flights. There are several restaurants and stores nearby, making it convenient for travelers. The pool and gym facilities are decent, but not exceptional. There is also a nice outdoor seating area with a view of the city.

The hotel's room service was disappointing. The food was lacking in quality and variety.

Location - unbeatable, close to the airport and Niagara Falls and restaurants. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The location seemed favourable and easy right off the Thruway. Loved that it was set close to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and the airport.

The food was good, I tried eggs, toast and hot waffles. Had a very pleasant stay for the holidays and will be back.

Had an amazing weekend with my husband. Loved the fact that breakfast was complimentary and delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions close by. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

However, the amenities were a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. The tiles were chipping and the showerhead had a weak stream of water. The room had a damp feel, which made it uncomfortable at times.

When we visit Buffalo, like staying here. The hotel is nicely decorated and gorgeous, it has wonderful staff on the night shift.

The hotel needs to be updated.

The rooms were cheap and spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds, the breakfast was inclusive!

Interesting hip new hotel with perfect staff and comfort. Nice building and rooms with a queen bed. An awesome restaurant in the venue.

The hotel was gorgeous, it had amicable staff on the night shift. I liked the elegant-style building, huge and cozy room with jacuzzi. The location was marvellous and easy for Buffalo, very close to the airport and Buffalo. Was a great place for christmas.

Was disappointed with breakfast. Big bowl and yogurt, big bowl of granola and hot steam table hasn’t returned post Covid

I have been staying here for 10 years and have noticed that all the amenities that kept me coming back have all disappeared. The desktop had dried nail polish and there were food crumbs under the glass. And breakfast was a cold offering

The hotel was fairly clean and gorgeous, I loved its terrific staff and location. I got a cozy room with jacuzzi. The property was in a stunning and easy location close enough to airport, downtown Buffalo and the restaurant. Everything was simply great.

The room is brand-new and cheap and essentials you need, including a coffee machine, a writing desk and ironing facilities, is right there. Lots of food at breakfast like eggs, toast and hot waffles. Overall the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The location is stunning, 2 miles from Diamond Hawk Golf Course
